Mall rides

Who needs Disneyland when you have the mall rides?! Mommy had to run some errands today, so we went to the mall. I rode the rides there and had a blast! You can't tell how much fun I am having since I put on my best "stone face" for the pictures! As soon as Mommy took me off the rides, I was so sad!

This weekend I will get to spend time with Nama and Papa. Mommy and Daddy are headed to Tahoe with Daddy's work friends.

Good and bad news...

The good news is that my good buddy Cade moved into a cool new appartment complex with a swimming pool! The bad news is that this is their temporary home before they move! They are moving about 40 minutes away from me! (They used to be 5 minutes away). I will be sad that Cade is so far away from me... but hopefully we will still get to see each other often!

Daddy's first time at My Gym

Since we missed one of my classes at My Gym, we were able to make it up today. I figured it would be fun for Daddy to see me "in action"!

Watch me climb up the ladder! I am getting better and better!

But... I think my favorite part is still the swing! My Gym is so much fun!

Visit from Uncle Ronnie & Auntie Bianca

Uncle Ronnie and Auntie Bianca came to visit all of us today!









All of us kids attempted to take a picture with Uncle Ronnie and Auntie Bianca. As you can see, it didn't go very well! It should be interesting when we try to take our Christmas pictures! Yikes!

Trapped!

My friend Cade came over to play with me today. Our Mommies went to get us snacks, but left us in "the cage."

We felt like caged animals waiting for food! Feed us, feed us!!!

Visiting Preston

Today Mommy and I went to visit Daddy at work. I enjoyed hanging out with Auntie Tammy, Auntie Julie, Uncle Curt and everyone else. It was so cool seeing Daddy's office for the first time and spinning around in his chair! Maybe someday I will get to work with Daddy!

I'm so silly!

Typically, I hate wearing hats or having anything on my head. Today, for some reason, I decided to wear my baseball basket on my head! Then I started dancing around the living room... I'm so silly sometimes!

18 Month Photos

Today I turned 18 months old!!! Can you believe what a big boy I am now?!

Mommy and Daddy took me to get my pictures taken. They were dripping sweat when we left the studio. I sure did make them work hard to get me to smile! At home, I laugh and smile all the time... but as soon as I step into a picture studio... I turn on the stone face and make them work for the smiles!

Mommy has received so many compliments on my videos! Thanks for watching them everyone! I sure hope you guys are all laughing with me and not at me! Ha ha!

More firsts...

Today I experienced some more "firsts"...

Mommy and I went to visit Auntie Jenn and Auntie Tiff. Auntie Jenn showed me how to use a laptop for the first time! (Mommy and Daddy won't let me near theirs!) I even got to play some games. I hope I am not like Mommy... addicted to computer games!

I have been pretty much feeding myself lately... except for yogurt and oatmeal... they are just too messy. But, today Mommy let me feed myself yogurt for the first time. Whenever Mommy gives me yogurt and some dribbles out of my mouth, she will scoop it up with the spoon. So, of course, I have to make sure I scoop up any excess yogurt off my face!

Hanging out with Joshy

Today Joshy came over to visit me! We enjoyed cruisin' on the couch together. He was also showing me how he can put all the shapes in the cookie jar. (I cheered for him!) He is such a smart guy!

I always have fun hanging out with him... I wish he didn't live so far away!

We're Back!

What a fun trip I had to Maui! I was constantly on the go! I had lots of visitors and got to see so many places...




I got to hang out with Kelcie, Sammy and Jay one night. They are my distant cousins (Nana and their Dad are cousins).








One day, Daddy and Uncle Dean went diving. Mommy, Nana and Great Grams took me to the aquarium. It wasn't quite like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, but it was just as much fun and there sure were lots of cool fish!




















I also got to meet Brandon and Jasmyn for the first time. They came over to visit me and brought me some cool books!





Uncle Dean and Auntie Nichole took the day off of work... (and Uncle Mike already had the day off)... so we all went to check out the goat dairy farm! It was interesting! I got to feed the goats and Mommy and Daddy tried some goat cheese!

Just like Daddy, I love the water! I had the best time running around that the beach. Daddy also built me a little sand castle to play with.

I also had a great time having dinner and hanging out with Grandpa Gilbert, Grandma Colleen, and Auntie Ash.

I was happy that I got to spend lots of time with Nana G, Papa Ron and Great Grams! Thank you guys so much for all the great food and taking care of me!

I miss everyone so much! I can't wait until I get to go back for New Year's!!!

Fun in Maui

We have been so busy over here! Mommy hasn't had a chance to post any pictures until now...

On our first day, we went oama fishing. Daddy caught lots of them. I didn't get to try fishing yet, but I got to hold the oama! It was so slimy and wiggly!



I wasn't afraid of the fish... so Daddy also let me play with a baby gecko! I picked it up and tried to show Mommy, but she just screamed and ran away from me!

Nana Gail hosted a get together so that I could see everyone. I got to meet my friend Naomi for the first time! Uncle Dean said that I get to take her to the Maui High prom when we are older. I can't wait!

I love the beach so much! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay out long... the Maui sun is too strong for my creamy white skin! Hopefully I will get to go one more time before we leave.

Getting closer...

Mommy has been trying to get a good video of me feeding myself. There are good days and there are bad days. Today was just okay... but it was the first time Mommy was able to film my feeding (normally when she tries... it's one of the bad days!)

I still have a ways to go until I am flying completely solo during feedings... but I am definitely getting closer!
