The Interrupting Chicken

Auntie Mich is always teaching my cousins how to tell "knock knock" jokes. Mommy and Daddy figured they would teach me how to do their favorite one.

It definitely doesn't have the same effect unless you tell it in person, but here is how the joke goes:
"Knock Knock"
"Who's there?"
"The interrupting chicken"
As soon as the person starts to say, "The interrupting chicken who," you interrupt them with a loud, "Ba-cock!"

Here is my attempt to do the joke with Daddy. I didn't do very well... but it sure was funny! (Uncle Derek... this one is for you! HA HA!)

Hard at work

The weather was nice today, so Daddy and I were hard at work washing his work car. I'm such a good helper!

Happy Hollow

Today we went to Happy Hollow park. We were so excited to check it out since it had been closed for renovations for over a year.

We ran into my friends Connor and Kayla while we were there. It was so nice to see them! And yes... baby sister did come with us. She is too little for the rides... so she just hung out in the stroller.

Potty trained!

I am officially potty trained!!! I have been going pee in the potty for several months now and started wearing my "big boy" underwear a couple weeks ago. Yesterday I finally pooped in the big potty (up until then, I was pooping in the little training potty). Mommy and Daddy are so excited to only have one of us in diapers!

Hittin' the mall

Today we decided to hit the mall to do a little shopping. What would a mall visit be without riding a couple rides. Also... I had to take a potty brake, so we went to the restroom. I noticed that they have a play house there, so of course I had to check it out!

Picnic time

I love playing with my play food, plates and utensils. I am so happy baby sister decided to join in the fun today!

More cake

We had leftover cake... so I got to enjoy another piece tonight. I love guava cake! I still can't believe I am 3 years old already!

Pump it Up party

Mommy and Daddy planned a big birthday party at Pump it Up for me and my friends.

Happy 3rd birthday to me!

I turned 3 years old today!!!

My birthday started off great with the delicious chocolate chip Mickey Mouse pancakes that Mommy made. YUM!








After breakfast, Daddy took me to Chuck E Cheese to play some games. (Mommy had to stay home with baby sister so that she could have a nice long nap before my big birthday party!)

More tummy time

Today I had lots of smiles and laughs for Mommy. I really enjoy my tummy time!

Buzz pajamas

It has been warm at night, so I wanted to wear my Buzz Lightyear pajamas that Nana and Papa Ron gave to me for Christmas. Don't I look cool?!

Outdoor fun

The weather has been beautiful! I'm so excited to finally get outside and play!!!









Yesterday I went outside to play and do some artwork with my sidewalk chalk. I drew some pictures and flashed a pose for the camera!





Today I decided it was time to do some yard work. I thought the grass was getting to long, so I figured I would mow the lawn!

Hanging out with Connor

Auntie Lorna, Uncle Darrell and Connor came to visit us today. This was the first time they got to meet baby sister.






















Connor and I had a great time playing together! I was so sad to see him leave!









While we were hanging out at home, Mommy met the girls for brunch. Baby Alyssa joined them!















Another FUN weekend! It was so good to see everyone!

Back to the zoo

Another fun day at the zoo with Cade! We're making good use of our season passes!!! It was well worth it! We had so much fun running around together!
