New Year's Eve

Tonight we went to a really nice New Year's Eve dinner at Maui Lani golf course. I enjoyed the beautiful view and I had a great time blowing on the horns they gave us! (Mommy and Daddy will make sure I leave the horn here... it's so loud!)

After dinner, we went back to Nana's house. I got to hang out with my friends Kacie and Jami.

I had a blast doing fireworks with everyone! Here I am doing fireworks with Daddy. The video is a little dark.

I can't believe 2008 has come to an end. What a fun and exciting year I had! Wishing everyone a wonderful 2009!

Family dinner

Tonight I got to have dinner with Grandpa Gilbert, Grandma Colleen and Auntie Ash. I have so much fun visiting all my relatives when I am here!

Lunch with Uncle Derek

We had a layover in Oahu, so Uncle Derek met us at the airport! We had a great time having lunch together and "talking story!"

Thanks for meeting up with us Uncle Derek! Can't wait to see you again!

Maui... here I come!

I'm on my way to Maui! This will be my third time going there! I'm such a lucky guy!

I was very good on the plane. I enjoyed looking out the window, watching DVDs and playing peek-a-boo with the people behind me!

Christmas in the Park

Today we met Joshy, Uncle Mike and Auntie Deb at Christmas in the park. What a great time I had running around with Joshy!

Here we are being silly boys. I'm not quite sure what we were doing? Maybe we were waiting for airplanes?

What a fun filled afternoon I had! I can't wait to hang out with Joshy again... I wish he lived closer!

Children's Discovery Museum

Auntie Sam and Uncle Kory came from Seattle to spend Christmas with us. We had a wonderful Christmas at Nama & Papa's with all my aunts, uncles and cousins.

Today we went to the Children's Discovery Museum. That was my first time going there. What a fun place that is! My favorite areas were the bubbles area and the water area. Here I am making some bubbles.

So silly...

Daddy went to get my milk for me and when he came back... this is what I looked like! Not quite sure what I was trying to do... maybe I was too hot? Was I shooting for the "Flashdance" look? Who knows... I'm so silly sometimes!

Reunited with Cade!

This is the first time I got to see my buddy Cade since he moved. I was so excited to see him. We ran around and played together. I had fun pushing him in my car! Hopefully we will be able to get together again soon!

Lil' D's Winter Progam

Mommy kept forgetting to load these pictures. Last Friday we went to see Dayna's school performance. She was so cute singing songs and dancing. I had a great time watching her!

My cousins and I enjoyed sitting together after the program to have some yummy refreshments!

Visiting Santa

Today we went to visit Santa. Mommy and Daddy (and Santa) were all surprised at how easy it was to get me to smile with him! Mommy and Daddy thought that I would put on my "stone face" like I did last year!

Christmas decorations

This past weekend we finally decided to decorate the house. It took a while, but Mommy and Daddy were able to get everything hooked up and got the sled up on top of the house. Here I am in front of the house in the day as well as a couple pictures at night.

HELLO! Just kidding! This is one of our neighbor's houses!!! (Daddy did put up some lights though!) Isn't this house amazing?!

More dancing! This time... to Christmas music! (Or... kinda dancing... more like jumping!)

One of my new favorite things to do is play the Wii! I like the bowling game (I'm trying to be like Mommy!)


When I am bigger... maybe Mommy and Daddy will put some batteries in my remote so that I can play for real! Ha ha!

Happy Birthday Connor!

Today was Connor's 1st birthday party! Unfortunately, Mommy wasn't able to get too many good pictures... we only have this one where only Uncle Darrell is looking at the camera!

Christmas tree shopping

Today we went shopping for a Christmas tree. Daddy and I walked up and down the aisles to look for the perfect tree.










I was having a great time running around... who knew the Christmas tree lot could be so fun!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We all went to Nama and Papa's house for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time hanging out with family... and we ate way too much yummy food!

Visit from Uncle Derek

Uncle Derek had a conference in the city... so he came by to visit us! I had so much fun hanging out with him. I hope he didn't get tired of me following him around the house saying, "Uncle! Uncle!"

Everyone came over on Friday night to see Uncle Derek, including my friend Connor. Hopefully Uncle Derek will come to visit again soon. Next time he will have to bring Auntie Holly and the baby (who should be here in January)!

Lana & Lia's birthday

Today I went to Lana & Lia's birthday party. They had one of my favorite things... a jumpy house!

Park time

Today I met some of my friends at the park. I had fun running around with Joshy on the basketball court. We also got to play on the swings and slides together.

For the most part, it was just us boys hanging out together. I got to see Dylan again... and I also got to meet Joshua (on the far right) for the first time.

Later on, Lexie showed up (along with Kaelie and Jakey).

What a beautiful day it was for us to go to the park! I sure hope the weather stays nice like this!

Dancing Machine

I'm sure when I get older, I will be very upset at Mommy for putting this on the blog! But, Mommy and Daddy thought it was too funny to pass up!

Here I am... the dancing machine! (The video is a little long... Mommy already cut out a lot of it... I was dancing for quite a while!)

Ring Around the Rosy

Auntie Mich and KK taught me how to play Ring Around the Rosy! I had so much fun!

Meeting Devin

Today I got to meet my friend Devin for the first time! At first we were both shy and didn't want to talk to each other. But after a couple minutes, we were having great time running around at the park together! Hopefully I will get to see him again soon!

Timeouts

For the most part, I am a good boy and enjoy being a little ham! But, I do have my moments and I have to admit that I can be quite a rascal! Besides reading, dancing, and watching TV, my other daily activities sometimes include hitting, climbing on things, and not listening to Mommy and Daddy! Ha ha!

After talking to my pediatrician as well as other Mommies... Mommy decided to try to give me "timeouts" when I do not do as I am told. But... it's not working as well as she had hoped! Today I kept climbing on my toy box and turning the TV off and on. Mommy told me to stop... and of course I didn't want to. She asked me if I wanted a timeout and I nodded my head "yes" and ran over to my timeout corner!

Mommy and Daddy just threw their arms in the air and had to laugh! I think I might need to find another place to have my timeouts... this corner is just too interesting!

B is for...

Mommy and Daddy read my new alphabet book to me tonight for the first time. They were so proud that I was able to name some of the pictures all by myself!

I was having so much fun, I kept wanting to do the B's... maybe I will let them move on to the C's tomorrow!

Happy Halloween!

What a great Halloween I had! In the morning, I went to see Auntie Jenn and Auntie Tiff. I had fun hanging out with them... but as you can tell, I wasn't quite in the picture taking mode!

Later in the day, I went to Auntie Mich and Uncle Todd's house. I took some pictures with my cousins and then we went trick-or-treating.

I got lots of candy... although I don't think Mommy and Daddy will let me eat any of it this year! But next year... I am going to eat ALL the candy I get!
