New Year's Eve at the Mune's

We rang in the New Year at the Mune household again! Last year baby sister came with us (since she was less than 2 months and wasn't sleeping through the night). This year she stayed at home with Nama and Papa, since her bed time is before the party started.













I got to stay up past my bed time again! I got to see my Aunties, Uncles and friends. We ate tons of yummy food and I got to drink sparkling cider! Here is a group picture of everyone and one of all the kids:








I think at this point, Jason and I were delirious! Ha ha! We were having lots of fun, but we were definitely ready for bed!

After a long, fun vacation, we relaxed and gave each other massages!

We had SO MUCH fun in Maui!!! We're sad that our vacation is coming to an end. We look forward to seeing everyone again in a couple months!

Thanks to Nana, Papa Ron, Bachan, Uncle Kory and Auntie Sammy for everything!!! We love all of you so much!

Last trip to the beach

The weather was nice today, so we took one last trip to the beach! We sure are going to miss this beautiful weather when we head back home tomorrow!

Get together

Tonight we went to the Hayashi's for get together with our friends.

Maui Ocean Center

Today we met a bunch of friends at the aquarium.

We all had fun looking at the fish and having a snack together. It was hard to get us all to cooperate for a picture... this is as good as it gets!

Visit from Landon

This afternoon our friend Landon came by to visit us. He and baby sister are only 2 1/2 weeks apart in age. They had such a good time playing together.

Up Country

Today we went "up country" to Kula to see Uncle Kory and Auntie Sammy's house (they live in Bachan's old house). The weather was nice and cool there!

Busy Christmas Day

We had a very busy Christmas day!

We woke up early and opened all of our presents. We got lots of great gifts from friends, family and Santa!

The adults draw names each year and get one big gift for that person. Uncle Kory drew Mommy's name this year. He gave Mommy a gift card for a manicure and pedicure at the Grand Wailea! He also got a gift card for Auntie Sammy... so Mommy and Auntie Sammy went today to use them.

While Mommy and Auntie Sammy were getting their mani/pedis, we were busy cleaning the house and preparing for our Christmas party! Baby sister was in charge of vacuuming.

After all our work was done, we took a dip in the pool.

We took a nap and then it was time for the party! Baby sister stayed up way past her bedtime, but thankfully she was in a happy mood the whole time (or, maybe she was just delierious!)

Christmas Eve

Tonight we went to Grandpa Giddy and Grandma Colleen's house for a Christmas Eve dinner.
I got to stay out late and eat lots of yummy food... and I even got to hold Grandpa's beer for him! Ha ha!

Hittin' the beach

Unfortunately, it has been raining off and on here... so we haven't had many opportunities to go to the beach. We finally went for a little while today!

Baby sister loves the water! She enjoyed floating around in the little boogie board that Nana got us.

There is supposed to be a storm coming in... hopefully there will be at least one more nice day for us to go back to the beach!
