Laundry time

Since I love laundry baskets so much, I figured I would help Mommy with the laundry! (Don't worry, these are clean clothes!)

Mt. View Obon

On the way home from the game, we stopped at Mt. View Obon. We ate and played games. I won two goldfish (just like last year!) We'll see how long they last!

I got to hang out with my silly Uncle Jay...

I also saw my friend Makena. I have a feeling she was more interested in her goldfish than talking to me! Ha ha! I also got to dance with Auntie Ash, Uncle Todd and Damon.

Here are some more pics that Auntie Ash sent us... (thanks Auntie Ash!!!)

Let's go Giants!

Today Daddy took me to another Giants game!

They have small baseball play field for little guys like me. I went up to bat and hit the ball all on my own!

Uncle Phil and Aiden met us there. We had lots of fun watching the game and hanging out with them!

First time swimming

The weather was so beautiful today, so we decided to go to the pool. We took baby sister in the water for the first time! She loved it!

I'm getting better at swimming on my own. I actually did much better than this, but Mommy wasn't able to catch it on video. Check me out!

Yogurtland

As a special treat, Mommy and Daddy took me to Yogurtland for the first time! YUMMY!!!

We ARE alike!

We both had some issues trying to get the puffs into our mouths!

At swim lessons today, Daddy took some action shots of me jumping off the diving board.

Graduating to the diving board!

At the end of each swim lesson, Miss Amanda has us jump into the water. Today we graduated to the big diving board!

Mommy got it on video too (unfortunately, she left the "good" camera at home... so it's a little fuzzy).

Days of the Week

Mommy had tried a couple times to teach me the days of the week, but I didn't have much interest at that time. The other day I came home from school and started singing this song! I'm learning so many things at school!

Obon weekend

This weekend was the annual Obon festival. We love this time of year because we not only get to play games, but we get to see so many friends we haven't seen in a long time!

Here are a couple of pictures with Uncle Darrell, Auntie Lorna & Connor on the left and our friends Lexie and Kaylee on the right.

Uncle James is always so thoughtful to take me to play games all the time! I got so many cool prizes! We had fun hanging out with him and Auntie Melissa.

My teeth

Here is a picture of me smiling... you can see my two bottom teeth coming in!

Operation

One of my new interests is playing board games. I have Zingo and Memory. I just got Toy Story Operation, which I played for the first time today. I don't do so well (it's even hard for Mommy and Daddy to get the pieces without getting zapped!) But, I try my best... and I laugh every time the buzzer goes off!

Swim lessons

Since I love being in the water so much, Mommy and Daddy decided to enroll me in swim lessons. I love my teacher, Miss Amanda. She is always making me laugh!

8 months old

Mommy keeps saying this... but time is sure flying by FAST! Here is a picture of me at 8 months and my brother at 8 months.

Mommy forgot to update all of you on my progress... I am very different from my brother...

- I started crawling over a month ago! I'm very active and roaming all over the place. My brother didn't crawl until almost 10 months old... (he was a little lazy... ha ha!)
- My bottom two teeth are coming in. My brother's teeth starting coming in around 5 months old (and he had four by the time he was 6 months old).
- I'm doing much better eating solids now. I'm not as good of an eater as my brother. He was able to pick up food with his thumb and finger at 8 months old... but I am still learning (must be because he was so eager to eat!)

4th of July BBQs

Today was filled with BBQs! In the morning, we headed to a park to meet some friends.

After our naps, the family came over for some more yummy BBQing! Nama and Papa gave us this swimming pool, so Daddy filled it up for us.

We also had a little early celebration for Dayna's birthday.

Happy 4th of July to everyone!
